We are designed to benefit all users by acting as an integrator between Healthcare Institutions and those seeking to work.
About the Role
You will qualify content-generated leads and increase sales revenue while also cold-calling on decision-makers to create your own leads. The most successful people in this role will be customer-focused, confident and possess pride in personal performance with a go-getter attitude.
- Qualify incoming leads
- Use lead generation tools to extract contacts and craft targeted lists of prospects
- Develop sales opportunities with healthcare facilities that are using agency staffing and see through the entire sales cycle
- Conduct cold calls into facility prospects
- Engage key facility contacts to differentiate Quinable
- Conduct due diligence research on potential new markets
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business deals
- Collaborating with team members to continuously improve our sales process
- Minimum 1 year experience as an SDR in a technology-based SAAS company
- Willingness to lead a high volume of outbound calling and emailing activities daily
- Self motivated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a distributed workforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Ability to evolve and adapt in your approach by tracking your results using data-driven solutions
- Desire to have a career, not just a job.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, USA Daytime hours; Full-time (40hrs)
